What's included, what happens next, and where the assessment ends.
What does the $2,500 assessment include?
An intake form, a 60-minute strategy consultation, a review of one priority workflow, and a report with three prioritized AI opportunities, implementation requirements, and proposed success measures. It also identifies a recommended pilot with a separate execution price. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout.
What happens after payment?
After your payment is confirmed, sign in with the same verified email used at checkout to access your customer assessment page. Complete your intake, then select an administrator-approved consultation time.
What should I prepare for the consultation?
Choose one workflow you want to improve. Bring an outline of the steps, the tools involved, who owns each handoff, and your main bottlenecks. Do not share passwords or sensitive customer records in the intake.
When will I receive the report?
The report is due within five business days after your consultation is completed. Your customer page is where you can access the report once it is delivered.
Is implementation included?
No. The assessment helps you decide what is worth building. Pilot implementation and any monthly management plan are scoped and priced separately.
Are vertical stacks ready-made products?
No. The stack examples explain how AI could connect existing tools and human review around a workflow. The assessment determines feasibility, data requirements, and integration scope for your business.
Will AI replace my team or make decisions unsupervised?
The assessment considers where AI assistance is useful and where human review is essential. Approval steps, access controls, and quality checks are part of evaluating a workflow—not optional afterthoughts.
